It's a Monster High dress, and also the dress for Cure White in Prettycure. To get it, follow these steps.
1. If you are from the USA, just login and click HERE.
2. If you are not from the USA, go to a proxy such as http://www.proxoin.com/.
3. Enter http://www.stardoll.com/en/ in the proxy box. Login then change the web address in the proxy box to: http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/monster-high/
4. Leave the proxy and return to Stardoll. The dress should be waiting for you in your Suite, in a Monster High bag.
